Allison Lindsey

If you are searching for guidance, clarity and lasting change, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey to healing and improved mental health. I am a genuine and non-judgmental counselor who wants to help you find joy, calm and peace. I seek to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples, and families to help them navigate life's challenges. I offer personalized therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, fostering growth and well-being. I am dedicated to helping you find strength, resilience, and inner peace.

I specialize in clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and OCD; those who are survivors of sexual, verbal, or physical abuse; or seeking healing from divorce or grieving. I am trained in resolving trauma and integrating counseling with Christianity. As a Christian, I do not judge clients on their past or present but focus on moving forward toward restoration. I believe that counseling is the structure clients need to get out of their own way and allow God to heal their hurts. I counsel from a place of genuineness, compassion, mercy, and
personal experience.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University in Georgia and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. I have been a counselor for 15+ years now and believe it is what I was called to do.
I am married and have two adult children. In my off time, I enjoy reading, exercising, watching Braves baseball and playing with my Yorkie-Poo.
